We made a mistake.  

For those individuals that received a state "qualifiers packet", we mistakenly inserted last year's (2015) qualifier patch and jacket order form in the packet distributed to the WWF Kids State Tournament qualifiers on Saturday, March 19.  Note: River Falls (District 8) received the correct form.
