The Wisconsin Wrestling Federation and USA Wrestling  would like to make you aware of a program provided to its members in the state of Wisconsin.

The High School Team Membership, which is only available to limited states nationwide, provides a club charter for the high school team and allows for all wrestlers on a high school team to become members of USA Wrestling for a flat fee of $400. With USA Wrestling membership, these athletes are then able to compete in any USA Wrestling sanctioned event, all WWF state tournaments and clinics, and provides secondary medical coverage for the members.  Membership and the club charter are both valid through August 31, 2017.  The club charter does not replace existing club or club that operates outside of the high school program.

During the 2015-16 season, 40 high school programs took advantage of this offer from USA Wrestling.  Included in those teams were all three teams that won WIAA State Titles (Kaukauna, Ellsworth and Fennimore) in 2016.  The deadline for this is December 16th, so even though you have a month after the season starts to provide payment and roster information, don’t delay – contact Derek Sikora at USA Wrestling at dsikora@usawrestling.org for more information.
