2025 District and Annual Meetings Scheduled

About District Meetings
The WWF is divided into eight districts, with a representative from each district responsible for the operation of the annual district meeting. Meetings will include any elections, sharing of key dates for the upcoming season, and the selection of the Kids Folkstyle State qualifier tournament sites. Director positions for districts 1, 3, 5, and 7 are up for election in 2025—current USA Wrestling leaders representing sanctioned clubs at the date of the meeting are eligible to vote (bylaw 2.3.3).
Key reminders for voting eligibility:
- All clubs wishing to vote must hold a current charter at the time of the meeting.
- All persons representing a currently chartered club must hold a current USA Wrestling Leaders membership at the time of the meeting.
- If a club has a voting designee, this must be provided to the District Director at least 48 hours before the meeting begins.
- The number of votes per club will be allocated per bylaw 2.3.3 based on membership using the previous or current year: 10-25 members = 1 vote; 26-50 members = 2 votes; 51+ members = 3 votes.
District meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. Feedback, opinions, and questions should be directed to the district director for your area.

Annual Meeting
The WWF Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 19, at The Lodge in Mauston. This meeting is open to the public and will include reports from State Chairperson Todd Schaaf and multiple directors in a year-in-review format. Up for vote this year at the Annual Meeting are the positions of At Large Directors (4). Review bylaw 2.4 for voting procedures at the Annual Meeting.
