The second FILA Cadet National Team Development Camp will be held in River Falls, Wisconsin October 17-20th.  Like previous camps, this camp has a much focused purpose.  Our goal this time is to not only improve our mat techniques, but learn how to prepare for competition as a member of Team USA.  For this reason we have moved the camp from its original date (October 10-13) to the following week where it can take place during the War of the Roses wrestling competition “American Cup.”  This tournament is folkstyle and the actual flyer for participation is attached.  Our sport psychology and nutrition seminars will also cover competition preparation and match day tips and tricks.  Our goal is not just to gain mat time, but to focus on how we compete and how we can perform at our best!

This camp is open to any FILA Cadet age female athlete (Born 1996-1998).  The cost of this camp is $215.  This includes the $185 camp cost fee (room, board, and local transportation to and from Minneapolis airport) and the $30 registration fee for the tournament.  The deadline for registration is October 7th.  If you will be flying in for this camp, you must fly into the Minneapolis airport before 4:00pm October17th and depart after 12:00 pm October 20th. FILA Cadet National Team Members, you are reminded that participation in these development camps is mandatory to receive funding for international development tours in the spring!
