These Club Tournaments are all USA Wrestling Sanctioned Tournaments and require all competitors to have a current USA Wrestling Card. 

1. Identify sanctioned club name, event location including specific street address and wrestling style (folkstyle, freestyle and / or greco-roman)
2. Identify the tournament director and a single contact phone number
3. Please use spell check
4. Have at least two different people review for accuracy and grammar
5. Send it in (at the same time) along with your sanction request
6. Submit as Adobe PDF file type (not Word, jpeg or png)
