The Wisconsin Wrestling Federation has scheduled its annual district meetings for Wednesday, September 13th and Wednesday, September 20th. Please select here to confirm your district’s meeting location, date, and start times.

The WWF is divided into eight districts with a representative from each district responsible for the operation of the annual district meeting. Directors act as a coordinator for clubs within their own district, develop a structure for district meetings, and conduct at least one informational meeting prior to the annual meeting of members (October 15th) to hold elections and select the Kids State qualifier tournament sites. Each district director determines the process for selecting the kids regional host site. Director positions for districts 1, 3, 5 and 7 are up for elections this year—current clubs and USA Wrestling leaders are eligible to vote. Please select here to confirm your district, meeting location, date and time.

The WWF district meetings are open to the public; everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. Feedback, opinions, and questions should be directed toward the area director of your home geographical district. For more information, please visit the WWF districts page and bylaws.

The Annual Meeting of Members is scheduled for Sunday, October 15th, at The Lodge At Mauston and will begin at noon. This is an open meeting where we will hear from WWF State Chairperson, Todd Schaaf, and multiple other directors with their year-in-review and highlights for the upcoming season. Up for vote this year at the Annual Meeting are the At-Large member positions.

Please note that voting members are required to have a current USA Wrestling Leader membership. VOTING at the Annual Meeting Per bylaw 2.4: “VOTING BY MEMBERS - Nominations shall be made prior to elections. The results of votes shall be shared once tallied. At the Annual Meeting of Members, each USA Wrestling chartered club in Wisconsin as of the date of the meeting shall be entitled to one vote if the minimum membership requirement is met.”Details for the membership requirement distribution and complete voting rules are posted in the bylaws here: https://bit.ly/3ZIamb6
